Third Party Libraries - main

  1. JDK 1.5 or newer
  2. Cern Colt Scientific Library 1.2.0 (optional). Needed for compilation and to use some graph metrics.
  3. Weka (optional). Needed for compilation and to use Weka functionality with NetKit.
  4. JUnit (optional). Needed if you want to run/write junit tests.
  5. fetch-datastructures.jar (optional). Needed if you want to use ModularityClustering. This jar comes with the netkit download.
